报告摘要:

The presentation focuses on two areas: C–H bond functionalization and N-heterocyclic carbene-catalyzed cycloadditions. Both strategies are related to atom economy concept. In the first part, inexpensive and readily available acid chlorides, sulfonyl chlorides, and unreactive arenes used as the coupling partners for C–H bond functionalization have been developed. The mechanistic studies on sulfonylation, and arylation with simple arenes have been explored. In the second part, an efficient approach to synthesize trans-γ-lactams by N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) and Br?nsted acid cooperative catalysis has been discovered. Subsequently, an NHC-catalyzed efficient synthesis of six-membered trans-lactams and cis-lactones in high yields, high enantioselectivities and good to excellent dr with simple aliphatic aldehydes has been found. The method involves a new way to generate enolate intermediates via oxidation and deprotonation.

赵晓丹博士简介:

赵晓丹,男,生于1980年,教授,博士生导师。

2002年毕业于湖北大学应用化学专业;同年考入我所,攻读有机化学博士学位,师从余正坤研究员。博士期间,在中国科学技术大学学习基础课程;2005年,作为交换学生在加拿大University of Ottawa的Howard Alper教授组学习和从事研究近一年时间。在学期间曾获宝钢优秀学生奖学金等多项荣誉。博士毕业后,2008-2010年,在加拿大University of Toronto从事博士后研究,导师为Vy M. Dong教授;2010-2013年,在美国Colorado State University从事博士后研究,导师为Tomislav Rovis教授。2013年6月,就职于中山大学化学与化学工程学院,被聘为教授,博士生导师。
