周旭凯，男，博士，研究员，博士生导师。2013年毕业于合肥工业大学，获理学学士学位；2018年毕业于中国科学院大连化学物理研究所，获得有机化学专业博士学位。2019~2022年在芝加哥大学进行博士后研究；2022年回所工作至今，任职研究员。截至2025年底，以第一作者或通讯作者在Nature Catalysis (1篇), J. Am. Chem. Soc. (3篇), Angew. Chem., Int. Ed. (6篇), ACS Catalysis (4篇), Adv. Funct. Mater. (1篇) 等学术期刊上发表论文21余篇。获得中国科学院院长优秀奖（2018）、国家级青年人才（2022）、大连市引进高端人才（2022）、张大煜青年学者（2022）、中国科学院特聘研究员（2023）、辽宁省兴辽英才青年拔尖（2024）等奖项荣誉。
周旭凯研究方向包括含：能源催化、生物质转化、光/电催化等，通过构建高性能有机改性催化剂，增强反应催化性能与稳定性，利用“光/电催化”技术实现系列“含氧小分子”，如O2，CO2，H2O与生物质平台分子高效转化，制备H2O2，HCOOH，CxHyOH与高附加值氧化学品等。致力于深入探究反应涉及的关键活性氧物种（ROS）演化规律，如1O2, ·O2﹣, *CO, ·OH, H2O·﹣等，调控表界面有机转化选择性与反应机制，指导发展新型反应过程。期间主持国家自然科学基金青年项目，全国重点实验室开放基金，中国科学院重点部署项目，中国科学院重点部署青年人才专项，参与国家杰出青年科学基金项目等。
