倪友明，男，博士，研究员，硕士生导师。2006年毕业于华中科技大学，获化学工程与工艺专业学士学位；2011年毕业于华中科技大学，获材料物理与化学专业博士学位。2012年来所工作至今，2014年晋升为副研究员，2020年晋升为项目研究员，2022年晋升为研究员。负责开发的“甲缩醛制乙醇酸甲酯”技术可支持工业示范。骨干参与的“二甲醚制乙醇” 技术许可规模超500万吨。研究方向：（1）分子筛催化羰基化；（2）可降解塑料单体乙醇酸甲酯合成；（3）合成气转化。获中国石化联合会“技术发明特等奖”、中国科学院 “科技促进发展奖”。在JACS, Angew, Nat. Commun.等学术期刊上发表论文30余篇，申请发明专利130余项，授权110余项，其中国外授权专利80余项。负责中国科学院先导课题1项，国家自然科学基金3项，滨海实验室项目1项等。
