袁开军,中国科学院大连化学物理研究所研究员,化学反应动力学重点实验室副主任,博士生导师,国家杰青,大连相干光源特聘用户专家。2003年本科毕业于中国科学技术大学化学物理系,2009年博士毕业于中国科学院大连化学物理研究所物理化学专业,2017年被聘为大连化学物理研究所研究员。2019年获国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金资助,2022年获国家自然科学基金杰出青年基金资助。辽宁省“兴辽英才”青年拔尖人才,辽宁省“百千万人才工程”千层次。
从事星际小分子光化学动力学以及极端条件下先进材料超快光谱动力学相关研究。聚焦星际分子演化和生命起源,自主发展了高灵敏、高分辨的小分子极紫外光化学研究方法。研制了基于大连相干光源的分子光化学综合实验平台,各项指标达国际领先水平。针对超高压下先进材料激发态动力学,研制了超高压先进材料微纳光谱表征系统,自主研制的仪器包括超高压飞秒瞬态吸收光谱、超高压时间分辨荧光光谱、超高压圆偏振发光光谱等仪器,申请10多项技术发明专利。目前以第一或者通讯作者在Science, Sci. Adv., Nat. Commun., Natl. Sci. Rev., PNAS, PRL等期刊发表SCI收录论文130余篇,多篇文章被选为封面文章。担任化学动力学、高压化学专业委员会委员,C. J. Chem. Phys.青年编委。
